Is there an age limit?

Children below 8 are not authorized inside the experience. 

How many visitors inside a group?

1 to 6, but multiple groups can follow each other inside the experience.

Are Immersive Expeditions accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, it is possible to do the experience with reduced mobility, including individuals in wheelchairs.

Please note that virtual reality experiences may cause sensations of imbalance, which could lead to falls. Wheelchairs are available for anyone who feels the need, even if you do not use one on a daily basis!

Are Immersive Expeditions accessible to people with a hearing aid?

Yes.

Are Immersive Expeditions accessible to people with hearing disability?

No, there are no subtitles in the experience.

What are the access restrictions?

Immersive Expeditions are not accessible to people with a heart condition or epilepsy, pregnant women, people using a stroller or a baby carrier.

They are not recommended for individuals who are sensitive to vertigo and nausea. If you have a specific medical condition or any other questions, we encourage you to contact the nearest venue prior to your visit.

What are the safety rules during the immersion?
